Chamomile or camomile is the common name for several daisy-like plants of the family Asteraceae.

Ginger is a flowering plant whose rhizome, ginger root or ginger, is widely used as a spice and a folk medicine.

Chamomile is loaded with antioxidants that can help to improve overall health and well-being and the ginger root has  great calming effects on the stomach, by helping to reduce nausea and aid in digestion.

Each capsule is equal parts blended Chamomile extract and Ginger root extract.
